News from the Construction Site at 14 Lwowska Street in Chorzów

As the general contractor, Greifbau is pleased to announce the commencement of work on the construction of a residential complex for the investor KT INVEST KATOWICE SP. Z O.O.

The investment, located at 14 Lwowska Street in Chorzów, comprises a three-storey building featuring spacious apartment layouts ranging from 36 m² to 93 m². Construction work began on January 15, 2024, and completion is scheduled for June/July 2024. Our scope of work includes the completion of the structural shell with excavation, including the building structure along with partition walls and chimneys. The building is being constructed using monolithic and masonry technology, with the underground level built using the white tank system.
