We are delighted to announce the launch of construction for Stage 2 of the \u201cWzg\u00f3rze Krzemionki\u201d investment project, aimed at creating a modern residential and commercial complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project is being developed in a unique location at 4 Jerozolimska Street in Krak\u00f3w for the renowned local developer, Grupa Matejek.
Construction began at the turn of February and March, and geotechnical works are currently in progress, carried out by Geotechnika Po\u0142udnie. Once these works are completed, our team will take over as the General Contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The planned development will consist of a 7-storey multifamily residential complex with commercial spaces, including 3 commercial units, 63 apartments, and 90 parking spaces, both standard and on independent lifts. All areas have been carefully designed in line with the highest technical standards. The complex will consist of two connected buildings with a shared underground garage. The architectural form has been thoughtfully integrated into the surroundings, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Internal circulation will be facilitated by staircases and passenger elevators by Otis, ensuring access to all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The expected completion date is October 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
